Unexpected Blessing

Often when we have a specific need, we bring our petition before our Heavenly Father, trusting him to provide. Over and over, He proves his faithful care for us. I'm sure you have experienced the same. Recently, however, we were blessed unexpectedly.

My sister, Connie, her husband, Myron, and their four children came to visit us in March. One day, Myron and Connie, and Maggie and I took a trip up into the mountains on my little 90cc Honda cycle and a 90cc cycle that Students International owns. The cycles valiantly worked their way up the mountain roads - sometimes in first gear. Occasionally, we had to help the cycles along, pushing with our legs, scate board style. Several days later, when Myron and Connie were getting ready to return to the States, Myron informed me that he was buying a 225 cc Yamaha cycle for us. "You need a bigger bike," he said. I could hardly believe it!
What a blessing the Yamaha has been! It was built to manuever the muddy, pot-holed, rural roads without jarring the rider's back. It climbs the mountain roads with ease.

I wasn't praying for a bigger cycle. I feel like God was saying, "I know you weren't petitioning me for a cycle. I'm giving it to you, because I love you."

NATE DAWG!! YOUR MOTO IS totally sweet, you look very hardcore riding that bike. Praise God for His provision of the request you laid before our Heavenly Father.

Have fun riding your new bike around town. I am very encouraged by the way God works in taking care of His children. I will call you guys sometime soon.

Can you post pics from Alba's wedding for me? or email them?

Love your crazy intern,
Cammy
