As international missionaries, we are continually looking for ways to effectively communicate with you - our family, friends, and ministry partners. Until now, we have done so primarily through a periodic newsletter and through e-mailing. During this past year another missionary family who works with Students International introduced us to the idea of using a blog as another method of long-distance missions communication. Several of our children had been blogging for some ti
me, but we hadn't necessarily thought about the possibility of using a blog to create a sort of open diary that could be accessed by you as you sit at your computer. It seemed like a no-brainer. So here it is - The Caribbean Connection. Our hope is that it will serve as a window into our lives and into what God is doing in the Dominican Republic. Our intentions are to update this blog frequently - at least bi-monthly.

AWESOME idea!! I've been wondering how things outside of the ag site have been going and this is great. praying for you guys always!
